My research explores dress as a cultural and political tool—focusing on themes of resistance, repair, and embodied knowledge. I am particularly interested in how non-Western fashion histories contribute to global discourses on decoloniality, sustainability, and identity. As an educator, I also reflect on pedagogical approaches to teaching fashion.
